Takeaways From The Olympics’ Opening Ceremony

The Olympic Games began in Olympia, in ancient Greece, in 776 BC, in a city dedicated to the gods, particularly Zeus. Every four years, athletes from various Greek city-states competed in sports such as running, wrestling, and chariot racing. These games were not only a display of physical prowess, but also a means of honoring the false “gods” they worshipped, promoting peace between constantly warring city-states, and foster pride and unity among the Greek culture.

The Greek culture dominated the Roman world during the time of Jesus and the early church. As a Roman citizen, the apostle Paul was educated in Greek philosophy and society, despite being a deeply religious Jew. This allowed him to express the Gospel to all people.

As Christian followers of Christ, the Olympics should reflect a heavenly ideal where all people and nations live as one in submission to Christ, but this is far from yesterday’s reality where the display of unchristian like behavior couldn’t have been anymore flagrantly visible for the world to witness.  The dignity and cooperation between different groups should inspire us, but it fails to uphold these Christian ideals. These athletic games have numerous practical and spiritual applications for Jesus’ followers if, one is in submission to the Father.

Decades ago, the Olympics began a gradual, transformational pivot from its historic origins evolving into a global, public relations mouthpiece which not only showcases athletes from around the world but seeks to promote a One World Order unity agenda highly favored and supported by both, the Olympic committee and the United Nations.

The Olympics today encompasses many secular “ideals” such as self-absorption, narcissism and transgenderism to name a few, as a means of leveling the competition playing field by using equality, equity and inclusion as a means of affirming Satan’s gender dysphoria confusion.  While quietly suppressing the wide use of  many legal and illicit drugs which promote and enhance supernatural strength and abilities beyond normal human capabilities of performance, the lofty goals of capturing the ever-important money contained within the coffers of multi-billion dollar WOKE corporations as sponsors, while gaining world-wide attention and notoriety is at the center of the heart of the wide spread corruption within the modern day Olympic games.  I argue that the Olympics have never held the ideals of Christ other than for the motives which promote self-aggrandizement, personal achievement, power, greed and governmental control over and between waring cities-states for the show of prowess.

Today, it symbolizes an international coalition or “cooperation,” for the cultural exchange and advancement of so-called “pursuit of excellence.”  But just how does the “pursuit of excellence” play into transgenderism and keeping the modern day Olympics on an even and fair footing while demonstrating how personal dedication with “enhancements” can lead to extraordinary achievements by undermining devotion to our One Holy Apostolic God?

The opening “Act” of the Olympics ceremony was an insidiously, heinous and disrespectful parody, mocking Jesus Christ at The Last Supper.  As Christians, we should be downright outraged calling, voicing and writing our complaints to the US Olympic Committee.  I grieve today because of what I couldn’t watch, but photographs and headlines captured worldwide with details of drag queen participation.  Parisians should be embarrassed at the outright hatred spewed by the faithless participating in the Olympic process.  For those unfamiliar, Paris is in a dark spiritual struggle where strangleholds on the city are possessed by Satan.  This is the difference between a “Sheep” and a “Goat” nation.  There are armored cities of God and there are demonically held localities.  Paris needs to hear a strong response from devout Christians, outraged priests, pastors and reverends from all cities and nations around the world.

Do these people not realize that Jesus Christ died on the cross for the forgiveness of sins for the exact same ones who make a mockery and prosecute Him publicly?  If they did, this poor act of enormous global indiscretion may have never taken place if, just one person, could have spoken out with Biblical insights, truths and prayers against this travesty!  Christ loves all sinners.  Yes, ALL SINNERS:  sons and daughters, regardless of the sins we have committed and will continue to commit as we are as unpure and dirty as a woman’s rags.  Humility and redemption are the way to the seat of the right hand of Father.  Not prowess or self-absorption.  Finding spiritual unity as a body of worshippers in Christ is very different than promoting a secular Global “unity” of nations for the Uni-Party.

The Summer games are scheduled for Los Angeles, CA in 2028, and the winter games were just awarded to Utah for 2034.  At the very least, America should boycott by not permitting these or any future games to be held on US territory or grounds.  The Olympics are in the same ilk of all the other globalist things— corrupt organizers with too much money sloshing around and exchanging hands at the expense of the athletes (i.e. everyone gets rich but the athletes).  Host cities, states and countries receive an undue share of the burden to create the necessary infrastructure to support the events when compared with the threat of “bad actors” and the potential acts of terrorism which are too great a risk, thus outweighing the benefits of hosting the Olympics.  In reality, getting rid of the Olympic games equates to exposing the deep global cabal of swamp dwellers.  The corrupt tentacles are far and wide reaching with little to gain of significance especially, when you count the cost of offending our Savior and King, Jesus Christ, all bets are off as to one’s eternal future.
