The Church Of Albania Against Banning UOC Led By Met. Onufriy

Persecutions, imprisonments, sacrileges of places of worship, confiscation of property of holy temples and holy monasteries are brutal actions.

They become more rigid when they are imposed by Legislatures of democratic countries.

The recent Law 8371/24.8.2024 of the Parliament of Ukraine is clearly intended to abolish the canonical Orthodox Church of Ukraine.

In this way, millions of Ukrainian Orthodox believers, numerous bishops, priests, monks and nuns, under the leadership of Metropolitan Onufrios, all members of the “One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church” are being persecuted.

According to the words of the Apostle Paul “even if one member suffers, he sympathizes with all the members” (I Cor. 12:26), sympathizing with our persecuted brothers, we strive extensively for the cessation of bloody hostilities, which without exception injure the entire Ukrainian people, the abolition of this absurd law, the prevalence of peace and the unity of Orthodoxy, so that it can respond to its worldwide witness.

Η Εκκλησία της Αλβανίας για το ουκρανικό νομοσχέδιο 8371

Διώξεις, φυλακίσεις, ιεροσυλίες τόπων λατρείας, δημεύσεις περιουσιών ιερών ναών και ιερών μονών αποτελούν βάναυσες ενέργειες.

Γίνονται στυγερότερες, όταν τις επιβάλλουν Νομοθετικά Σώματα δημοκρατικών χωρών.

Ο πρόσφατος νόμος 8371/24.8.2024 του Κοινοβουλίου της Ουκρανίας εμφανώς αποσκοπεί στην κατάργηση της κανονικής Ορθοδόξου Εκκλησίας της Ουκρανίας.

Με αυτόν τον τρόπο διώκονται εκατομμύρια Ουκρανοί ορθόδοξοι πιστοί, πολυάριθμοι επίσκοποι, ιερείς, μοναχοί και μοναχές, υπό την ηγεσία του μητροπολίτη Ονουφρίου, όλοι μέλη της «Μίας Αγίας Καθολικής και Αποστολικής Εκκλησίας».

Σύμφωνα με τον λόγο του Αποστόλου Παύλου «εἴτε πάσχει ἓν μέλος, συμπάσχει πάντα τά μέλη» (Α΄ Κορ. 12:26), συμπάσχοντες και εμείς με τους εν διωγμώ αδελφούς μας, εκτενώς δεόμεθα για την κατάπαυση των αιματηρών εχθροπραξιών, που τραυματίζουν ανεξαιρέτως όλον τον ουκρανικό λαό, την κατάργηση του παραλόγου αυτού νόμου, την επικράτηση της ειρήνης και της ενότητος της Ορθοδοξίας, ώστε να μπορεί να ανταποκριθεί στην ανά τον κόσμο μαρτυρία της.
