France and Brazil don’t have freedom of speech in their constitution. Such as America’s 1st amendment. but even with the 1st amendment, child abuse is illegal. The French found content that promoted child abuse. That is why Pavel was arrested. The Telegraph is notorious for not policing its posters. Which gives the green light to all the sickos out there to use it for their own sick urges. While facebook employs over 40,000 people policing content, the Telegraph only has 40.
Republicans are supposed to be the pro family party. They accused Hillary Clinton of running a child abuse ring. Which of course was not true. Why are they not celebrating the arrest of Pavel?
Before being pro-family we have to be pro-free speech and against censorship. Any state authority can find a million excuses like “child abuse” to shut down freedom. But pornography of all kinds is free almost everywhere. Didn’t I remind all of you a few days ago that a side effect of the French Revolution was Marquis de Sade and his sexual perversions? Yes, the guy that gave “sadism” its name. If you tell any French government to censir Marquis de Sade they will freak out because they consider him sacred!! But they are annoyed by “child abuse” in Telegram.. Give me a break!!
Sadism involves adults. Pornography involves adults. Anything that involves children is not comparable. If any of these big sharks, such as X, telegraph, facebook and any other websites can not police their content, even of one incident that involves child abuse, they should be shut down. Not only fined. The world would be better off without them. Freedom of speech can be found by others, that are pro active.
If the French said that Telegraph enabled child abuse content, let’s see their evidence when the case goes to court. There are some things in this world that we should have zero tolerance for. And child abuse depictions are one of the major ones.
Bob you are wrong… Sadism in its original form may have involved under age children if my memory is correct and pornography unfortunately involves kids – and nobody says anything. Their real goal is censorship.
