One more embarrassment for outgoing ambassador George Tsunis, who threw a goodbye party for his friends at a fish tavern in Northern Athens… As Tsounis had a great time and was breaking plates (!!! – video below), two pro-government publishers (apparently invited to the party) attacked one anti-government publisher who happened to be in the tavern!! They threw him to the floor and started kicking before the police and others intervened to stop them…
Who were these “others” present at the party? Several ND government ministers, many diplomats, and an Israeli businessman, Benny Steinmetz, who was arrested at “Eleftherios Venizelos” airport on October 13. Steinmetz has arrest warrants in other European countries (please connect here to fill your heart with his …achievements.) Could someone explain why he was at the Tsounis party?
As I have said before, Tsounis was and continues to be an embarrassment for the Greek-American community… Why do we still present him as an asset? Because he has enough money to throw around and buy “friendships” and “honors”? Is this the example we want to pass on to our children? Please, dear “leaders,” explain yourselves!! I am waiting for your answers…

Wild fight at the party of the American ambassador G. Tsounis, among publishers, ministers, MPs and… an arrested businessman!
On the evening of Monday, January 13, 2025, the party that former US ambassador to Athens George Tsounis threw for his friends in Greece at the well-known fish tavern Nisiotissa in the north of Athens was transformed into an “American bar”.
The incident took place between publishers and spread to the surrounding tables, essentially creating an unimaginable brawl that sent everyone running left and right.
Also present – completely inexplicably – is the Israeli businessman Benny Steinmetz, wanted in many European countries, best known for the involvement of Alexia Bakoyannis, the prime minister’s niece, in the purchase of Lukoil Italy!
It all started when publisher Makis Triantafyllopoulos (Zougla.gr) looked at pro-government publishers Christos Raptis (iefimerida.gr) and Yiannis Kourtakis (parapolitika.gr), and one said to the other, “What are you looking at, you…c(expletive)?”, “What do you want, a few fists?”.
Apparently, they had some past quarrels and differences and felt that the place was ripe for resolving them.
Then the three men got into a fight, while chairs were falling and plates were being thrown.
The two publisher friends threw the first publisher down and kicked him before henchmen and police escorts finally entered and separated them.
In the incredible tavern, ministers such as Kostis Hatzidakis with his wife, Christos Staikouras, Niki Kerameus, Kostas Skrekas, Yannis Stournaras, as well as representatives of business and shipowners such as Copelouzos, Melissanidis, Prokopiou, Tsakos and others were present.
The question is, what were they all looking for in the invitation of the outgoing ambassador of the Biden administration, along with ministers and MPs from New Democracy?
Everyone was stunned by the evening’s development, while George Tsounis’ embarrassment was evident.
The two singers of the evening who came to sing at Tsounis’ event, Kostas Argyros and Antonis Remos, were stunned.
Let us recall that Benny Steinmetz was arrested at “Eleftherios Venizelos” airport on October 13.

Άγριο ξύλο, στο πάρτι του Αμερικανού πρέσβη Τ.Τσούνη, μεταξύ εκδοτών παρουσία, υπουργών, βουλευτών και… συλληφθέντα επιχειρηματία!
Σε “american bar” μετατράπηκε, το βράδυ της Δευτέρας 13 Ιανουαρίου 2025, το πάρτι που παρέθεσε στους φίλους του εν Ελλάδι ο πρώην πρεσβευτής των ΗΠΑ στην Αθήνα Τζωρτζ Τσούνης στην γνωστή ψαροταβέρνα Νησιώτισσα στα βόρεια της Αθήνας.
Το περιστατικό έγινε μεταξύ εκδοτών και επεκτάθηκε και στα γύρω τραπέζια, ουσιαστικά δημιουργήθηκε ένας ασύλληπτος καβγάς που έκανε όλους να τρέχουν δεξιά και αριστερά.
Παρών -εντελώς ανεξήγητα- και ο καταζητούμενος σε πολλές χώρες της Ευρώπης, Ισραηλινός επιχειρηματίας Μπένι Στάινμετζ, πιο γνωστός για την εμπλοκή της Αλεξίας Μπακογιάννη, ανιψιάς του πρωθυπουργού στην αγορά της Lukoil Ιταλίας!
Όλα ξεκίνησαν όταν ο εκδότης Μάκης Τριανταφυλλόπουλος (Zougla.gr) κοίταξε τους φιλοκυβερνητικούς εκδότες Χρήστο Ράπτη (iefimerida.gr) και τον Γιάννη Κουρτάκη (parapolitika.gr), και οι μεν είπανε στον δε, «τι κοιτάς ρε μ…πανο;», «τι θες, ξύλο;».
Προφανώς είχαν κάποιες παλαιότερες κόντρες και διαφορές και θεώρησαν ότι προσφέρεται το μέρος να τις επιλύσουν.
Τότε οι 3 άνδρες πιάστηκαν στα χέρια, ενώ έπεφταν καρεκλιές και πεταγόντουσαν πιάτα.
Οι δύο φίλοι εκδότες έριξαν κάτω τον πρώτο εκδότη και του έριχναν κλωτσιές, πριν τελικά μπούνε και τους χωρίσουν μπράβοι και αστυνομικές συνοδείες.
Στο απίστευτο ταβερνόξυλο, βρέθηκαν μπροστά υπουργοί όπως ο Κωστής Χατζηδάκης με την γυναίκα του, ο Χρήστος Σταικούρας, η Νίκη Κεραμέως, ο Κώστας Σκρέκας, ο Γιάννης Στουρνάρας αλλά και εκπρόσωποι του επιχειρείν και των εφοπλιστών όπως οι Κοπελούζος, Μελισσανίδης, Προκοπίου, Τσάκος και λοιποί.
Ερώτημα τι γύρευαν όλοι αυτοί στο κάλεσμα του απερχόμενου πρέσβη της διακυβέρνησης Μπάιντεν μαζί με υπουργούς και βουλευτές της ΝΔ.
Όλοι έμειναν άναυδοι από την εξέλιξη της βραδιάς ενώ έκδηλη ήταν και η αμηχανία του Τζωρτζ Τσούνη.
Εμβρόντητοι έμειναν και οι δύο τραγουδιστές της βραδιάς που ήρθαν να τραγουδήσουν στην εκδήλωση του Τσούνη, Κώστας Αργυρός και Αντώνης Ρέμος.
Να θυμίσουμε ότι ο Μπένι Στάινμετζ είχε συλληφθεί στο αεροδρόμιο «Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος», στις 13 Οκτωβρίου, μετά από αίτημα της Ρουμανίας.
Έχουν περάσει 4 μέρες από το επεισοδιακό πάρτι και όλοι οι εμπλεκόμενοι παραμένουν σιωπηλοί… Όλως περιέργως δε, τα βίντεο που υπάρχουν δεν δημοσιεύονται πουθενά! Τύφλα να έχει ή Ομερτά της Μαφίας…
