The current regime in Turkey shows its real tyrannical face under Sultan Erdogan.

Freedom of Speech or Expression does not exist in modern-day Turkey.

In the past month, Turkey has detained two foreign journalists. Turkey arrested Joaquin Medin of Sweden at the airport on March 28th. He was arrested based on ‘insulting the President.’ The President is, in fact, Recep Erdogan of Turkey.

According to a Balkan Insight article, a British BBC journalist, Mark Lowen, was arrested and deported from Turkey on March 28 as a “threat to public order”.

However, Joakim Medin has been in a Turkish jail since March 28th. He arrived in Turkey to report on Erdogan’s arrest of Istanbul’s opposition mayor and presidential candidate, Ekrem Imamoglu.

Erdogan arrested 1,133 people in the aftermath of protests on the illegal arrest of Ekrem Imamoglu in late March. This included many photographers.

Turkey, since 1923, was founded on a nation of censorship and tyrannical government.

The men in suits in Ankara are no different than the mass murderer, Atatürk. In Turkey, no one can discuss topics like the illegal Turkish occupation of Cyprus, Kurdish freedom, or the Genocide of Greeks, Armenians, and Assyrians. In addition, anyone who insults Erdogan is arrested inside Turkey.

With one foreign reporter arrested, it is proof that Turkey will arrest any foreign citizen journalist who dares to write or report about the Turkish government and its policies.

The need to boycott Turkey is now.

Where are European and American citizens organizing boycotts of the Turkish protests or Turkish Airlines?

I often ask some Greek Americans why they choose to fly to Greece with Turkish Airlines.

I advise Greeks to boycott Turkish Airlines and products made in Turkey.

Sultan Erdogan threatens to invade Greece and seize Greek land. Erdogan helped Azerbaijan seize the Armenian Nagorno-Karabakh. Erdogan led to the collapse of Assad and the slaughter of Syrian Christians, Alawites, and Kurds. Erdogan wants to suppress Kurdish freedom.

Free Joaquim Medin and all the protestors in Turkey.

It is time to boycott all Turkish-made products and Turkish Airlines.
