He’s making jokes about the president and its funny, but he fails to mention that the US is in this mess to begin with because Israel steered America in it. Stuart doesn’t shed any light on that point and wouldn’t dare mention Isreal God forbid because he’ll be off the air the next day. Instead he likes to frame this as a sole Trump initiative when that isn’t the case. But of course he’s not going to mention the fact Israel steered America into this mess because Stuart is protecting his fellow Jews.

And with Trump in the presidency, there’s plenty of material. I would recommend watching him, Jimmy Kimmel and Steven Colbert, for a clear eyed view of the low point that this country is currently in, while also laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. The best that we can do for our sanity, is laugh at the insanity that is surrounding us.
