The exploitation of the resources of an entire people cannot and should not be covered up

The revelations of “democracy” about the huge debts of the parties to the banks leave no doubt about who and how they bankrupted Greece . PASOK and ND​ they owe the banks about 1 billion euros and not a single prosecutor has been found to seriously deal with this colossal scandal .

As our newspaper published yesterday in its front page article, ” PASOK’s total debts to the banks alone amounted to 445,824,401.66 euros, showing an increase of 47,800,000 euros in just one year “.

The picture is almost identical for the ruling party.

Our newspaper reveals that, according to the 2023 balance sheet, ” last year New Democracy owed 475,449,832.33 euros to banks, compared to 425,600,611.17 in 2022. That is, the debts to the banks increased by 49,848,221 ,16 euros in just one year .’

Greeks are struggling to find money to pay their rents, electricity, water and telephone bills and the parties are sucking up what is left of our country with the friendly cooperation of bankers who give offshore loans and the Authorities who pretend not to see the big pot .

It is absurd and at the same time ridiculous to expect that there is any chance that these bankrupt parties will pay their debts. Also, it is even more ridiculous for anyone to believe that these organizations, which produce debt, servitude, bribery and corruption , will… save Greece.

The only thing that can be done is for a prosecutor with a sense of duty to take over this outrageous case , if there is one, and bring the physical and moral perpetrators of this enormous scandal to the dock .

The plundering of the resources of an entire people cannot and must not be cloaked under immoral legal frameworks that the guilty construct to ensure their impunity .

Finally, it is the obligation of the banks to immediately claim the repayment of the party’s loans and if they do not respond, to put all their assets under the hammer , as they do with the unfortunate borrowers .
