Mitsotakis In Panic, As Costas Karamanlis Set To Take A Stand On Friday
At a time when in New Democracy there is effervescence and strong intra-party dissatisfaction with the actions of Kyriakos Mitsotakis and George Gerapetritis, who insist on a concessionary dialogue with Turkey, the prime minister’s office is disturbed by the new resounding intervention of former Prime Minister Kostas Karamanlis at the presentation of his book Giorgos Harvalias.
The well-known journalist presents on Friday, November 22, at 19:00, in the main hall of the ROYAL PATRAS multi-purpose hall, the enriched edition of the book ” Yavol! Blood, oblivion and servitude “, with former Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis as keynote speaker.
It is recalled that recently Mr. Karamanlis from Thessaloniki, launched an attack against Kyriakos Mitsotakis for his tolerance of the growing revisionism of Turkey, his complacency and the manipulation of justice . After the latest developments, the former prime minister is preparing new “bombs” against the Mitsotakis government on national issues, which has already caused intense nervousness in Maximou (the prime mionister’s office).

The landmark book by Giorgos Harvalias on Greek-German relations, the Nazi atrocities of the Occupation, the Greek Holocaust in the places of martyrdom , dosilogism and impunity, as well as the open chapter of war reparations, is being re-released in an enriched edition with 150 pages additional documentation. The new edition contains an extensive tribute to the sites of sacrifice of the Occupation and a wealth of evidence on German atrocities that undermines the modern attempt to rewrite history in the direction of softening the impression of Nazi crimes.
Former Prime Minister Kostas Karamanlis, who forewords the book, describes his contribution to the foundation of Greek claims against Germany as “invaluable”.

Πανικός στο Μαξίμου για τη νέα ηχηρή παρέμβαση του Κώστα Καραμανλή
Την ώρα που στη Νέα Δημοκρατία επικρατεί αναβρασμός και έντονη εσωκομματική δυσαρέσκεια για τους χειρισμούς του Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη και του Γιώργου Γεραπετρίτη που επιμένουν σε μειοδοτικό διάλογο με την Τουρκία, αναστάτωση προκαλεί στο Μαξίμου η νέα ηχηρή παρέμβαση του πρώην πρωθυπουργού Κώστα Καραμανλή, στην παρουσίαση του βιβλίου του Γιώργου Χαρβαλιά.
Ο γνωστός δημοσιογράφος παρουσιάζει την Παρασκευή 22 Νοεμβρίου, ώρα 19:00, στην κεντρική αίθουσα του πολυχώρου ROYAL PATRAS την ε ́ εμπλουτισμένη έκδοση του βιβλίου «Γιαβόλ! Αίμα, λήθη και υποτέλεια», με κεντρικό ομιλητή των πρώην πρωθυπουργό Κώστα Καραμανλή.
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι πρόσφατα ο κ. Καραμανλής από τη Θεσσαλονίκη, εξαπέλυσε επίθεση κατά του Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη για την ανεκτικότητα στον αυξανόμενο αναθεωρητισμό της Τουρκίας, την υποχωρητικότητα αλλά και τη χειραγώγηση της δικαιοσύνης. Μετά τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις, ο πρώην πρωθυπουργός ετοιμάζει νέες «βόμβες» κατά της κυβέρνησης Μητσοτάκη για τα εθνικά θέματα, γεγονός που έχει ήδη προκαλέσει έντονη νευρικότητα στο Μαξίμου.

I don’t understand. Why would Kyriakos Motsotakis panic about revelations of the Nazi attrocities that took place over 80 years ago, when he wasn’t even born.
Because Karamanlis will use this event to make a wider statement about the government’s policies, especially regarding the prepared selling out of Greek sovereign rights in the Aegean.
Nick. You’re jumping the gun as usual. Let’s wait and see what happens. I think it’ll be a nothingburger. Greece has no one else that can govern as well as Mitsotakis. Karamanlis screwed up real big and had disappeared from view for a number of years. He has no credibility as far as I’m concerned. As for selling out Greecwe’s rights in the Aegean, what could he possibly sell out that would be considered treason?
We Greeks are known for many things and one of them is breeding a lot of traitors since ancient times. In Alexander the Great’s campaign against the Persians there were more Greeks enlisted and fighting with the Persian King’s army than those fighting with Alexander… Nothing new here: the Mitsotakis Family are the most distinguished traitors of modern Greece – but they have a lot of company. What would they sell? Are you kidding? Greece is the only country on Earth that hasn’t declared her right to a 12-Mile territorial waters zone!! And Mitsotakis is negotiating this self-existent right with Turkey.

You and I know that Turkey will never acceed to a 12 mile zone. It’ll blocxk off the Aegean and make it a Greek lake. As much as we Greeks would love to see that, it’ll never happen. Unless Greeks are ready for war. Turkey is not fooling around. They already have the cassus belli in place. He’ll be a traitor if he declares the 12 mile zone. Not the other way around
Nobody needs Turkey’s agreement to declare the 12-Mike zone. It’s a self-declared right for all countries stemming directly from international law. Turkey can yell and scream all it wants – no international court will ever deny Greece’s rights unless the two opposing parties fabricate a common case as they do now. It’s similar to what his traitor father said 30 years ago: “In 10 years nobody will remember the name of Macedonia”… Greece has vastly superior air force at this moment (Rafale, F-16 Viper), class 214 submarines etc… the least the traitor Mitsotakis can do is to keep the situation as is – until a more able leader takes over. But no, he has to accommodate Pompeo and Co. In their already failing effort to keep Turkey in NATO.
The Turks never ratified the UN “Law of the Seas”, precisely because they don’t want to acknowledge the 12 nautical mile limit. So that’s an interesting sticking point, because
A) on the one hand, nation-states are free to sign or not to sign UN treaties, and
B) the UN has never shown interest in “enforcing” resolutions that the Turks don’t agree to, including the classic 50-year-old resolution for them to withdraw from Cyprus…
C) As a result, their proclamation since the 1980s that Greece enacting the 12 nautical mile “right” is a “causus belli” is still an interesting “legal thorn” that nobody cares to deal with on the international arena.
Thus, the prophesy of St. Kosmas Aitolos from the 1700’s remains true today…”The Turks will leave, but then they will come back and they will reach up until the ‘Examilia’ (6 miles)” [and we know that’s the limit that they had agreed to in the Aegean, in the past, before embarking on their policy of “disputed areas & islands”]. St. Paisios seemed to support this explanation of “Examilia”, which also happen to be the names of small towns in Lagkadas (N. Greece), as well as Corinth, a thing that raised different interpretations in prior years…
That’s the first part of that prophesy, and it’s been reality for several decades now. The 2nd phrase is the only unfulfilled prophesy of St. Kosmas (of the many) that remains:
“…in the end, 1/3 of the Turks will be killed, 1/3 will be baptized, 1/3 will go past ‘Κοκκινη Μηλια’ (Ankara?)…so much blood will spill in the City (Constantinople) that a three-year old calf will drown in it..” (we know that at least 25 percent of that population is Kurdish anyway, and it’s quite possible with Erdogan’s untrustworthy antics to see momentum towards recognition of Kurdistan soon, a point of view that publications from 1996 say that St. Paisios also felt would become a reality “fairly soon”…the 1996 publication date is important, because that was a time when the majority of people in Greece were largely unaware, or were not taking many of these specific aforementioned prophesies of St. Kosmas [& St. Paisios’ expansion of them] seriously. Then Imia happened, then other global events, and between 2000 and 2010 there was a frenzy of “prophesy hunting” going on in Greece, with multiple “prophesies” being published, many of which contradicted the earliest works…so one really has to be careful about differentiating what is credible and what may be opportunistic exaggeration to “sell” books)

No there is no English translation yet but I think the author is working on it… The book can be ordered from Greece.
