By Nick Stamatakis
“Much of the faith journey takes place in the quiet of our souls….when no one is looking. Only God. He knows our innermost being. He knows our heart. He is the one who created us… And he knows what is most beneficial for our spiritual development. I am spirit seeking. It is my greatest quest. It is my most important act.”
Jackie Morfesis concludes the last chapter of her new book, “Spirit Seeking—Essays and Reflections on the Christian Faith Journey” with the above inspiring words that encapsulate the essence of her latest endeavor. The book comprises thirty-six essays focusing on the faith walk, followed by a reflective essay that further develops the themes in a personal way. The book includes a reading guide, so it is suitable for church groups and book clubs.
Our sincerest congratulations!!

Jackie has contributed articles to the Helleniscope forum for the last few years. She is a cradle Orthodox Christian.
