Kyriakos is preparing to give an interview about Tempi today, panicked by the huge anti-government demonstrations. And he will obviously try to appease the anger against him by giving the responsible minister to the angry crowd. So that he himself can save his prime ministerial chair. However, he himself bears absolute political responsibility and must resign immediately.

Who delayed the work of the prosecutors and investigators for 2 years and thus prevented the attribution of obvious criminal responsibilities to the competent minister? Justice alone?
Who messed up the crime scene and covered up the traces? The Thessaly Region alone and Triantopoulos alone?
Of course not. They can’t all do this on their own. There is always the objective responsibility of the prime minister and probably also the orders that were given centrally. From the government itself.
And finally, the most important thing: Since, according to the experts of the victims’ families, the commercial train was transporting illegal fuel, and since this is obviously going to be confirmed by the National Technical University of Athens – because it will be very difficult for the government, through the NTUA professors, to keep quiet about the type of illegal cargo being transported – then the obvious and most important question is: which businessman transported illegal and dangerous fuel by train? Did he do it on his own? Did the state authorities not know that tons of fuel, dangerous for the passenger public, were being transported? Does a businessman have such power that he could dump tons of dangerous fuel on the country’s main railway line, all by himself?
Of course not. There are direct government responsibilities here. Direct objective responsibility of the prime minister. If the prime minister did not know all this, then he is unfit for the position he holds.
And therefore, he should have already resigned. And in any case he should resign immediately, as soon as the NTUA report is made public, which will certify that the fire that burned the children was not caused by battery fluid.
A preliminary investigation for his minister is therefore not enough at all. It is not a decision that politically covers Kyriakos. He himself must leave.
And the country must have a normal government, one that will not cover up, will not obstruct, will not constantly lie and will respect human life.

Ο Κυριάκος ετοιμάζεται σήμερα να δώσει συνέντευξη για τα Τέμπη, πανικοβλημένος από τις τεράστιες αντικυβερνητικές διαδηλώσεις. Και θα προσπαθήσει προφανώς να κατευνάσει την οργή εναντίον του, δίνοντας τον αρμόδιο υπουργό στο οργισμένο πλήθος. Ώστε να γλυτώσει ο ίδιος την πρωθυπουργική του καρέκλα. Όμως ο ίδιος έχει την απόλυτη πολιτική ευθύνη και πρέπει αμέσως να παραιτηθεί.
Ποιος έσπευσε από την πρώτη ώρα να προκαταλάβει τη δικαιοσύνη μιλώντας για ανθρώπινο λάθος του σταθμάρχη Λάρισας; Ο Κυριάκος.
Ποιος έχει την άμεση πολιτική ευθύνη που δεν επισκευάστηκε το κατεστραμμένο δίκτυο ελέγχου της κυκλοφορίας των τραίνων και η κυκλοφορία αυτή γίνονταν στα τυφλά; Ο υπουργός Μεταφορών από μόνος του; Οι υπουργοί δηλαδή ενεργούν αυτοβούλως; Δεν ενημερώνουν τον πρωθυπουργό; Προφανώς και τον ενημερώνουν και από αυτόν φυσικά λαμβάνουν εντολές. Ποιος έσπευσε να χαρακτηρίσει την πυρκαγιά που έκαψε τα παιδιά ως «έλαια σιλικόνης των μπαταριών»; Η Πυροσβεστική από μόνη της;
Ποιος καθυστέρησε το έργο των εισαγγελέων και των ανακριτών 2 χρόνια και εμπόδισε έτσι την απόδοση των προφανών ποινικών ευθυνών στον αρμόδιο υπουργό; Η δικαιοσύνη από μόνη της;
Ποιος μπάζωσε τον χώρο του εγκλήματος και έσβησε τα ίχνη; Η Περιφέρεια Θεσσαλίας από μόνη της και ο Τριαντόπουλος από μόνος του;
Όχι φυσικά. Αυτά δεν μπορούν να τα κάνουν όλοι αυτοί από μόνοι τους. Υπάρχει πάντα η αντικειμενική ευθύνη του πρωθυπουργού και πιθανότατα και οι εντολές που δόθηκαν κεντρικά. Από την ίδια την κυβέρνηση.
Και τέλος το σημαντικότερο: Εφόσον, σύμφωνα με τους εμπειρογνώμονες των οικογενειών των θυμάτων, η εμπορική αμαξοστοιχία μετέφερε παράνομα καύσιμα και επειδή αυτό πρόκειται να επιβεβαιώσει προφανώς και το ΕΜΠ -διότι πολύ δύσκολα η κυβέρνηση θα καταφέρει, μέσω των καθηγητών του ΕΜΠ, να αποσιωπήσει το είδος του μεταφερόμενου παράνομου φορτίου- τότε το προφανές και σπουδαιότερο ερώτημα είναι: ποιος επιχειρηματίας μετέφερε με το τραίνο παράνομα και επικίνδυνα καύσιμα; Τόκανε από μόνος του; Δεν το γνώριζαν οι κρατικές αρχές πως μεταφέρονται τόνοι καυσίμων, επικίνδυνων για το επιβατικό κοινό; Έχει τέτοια δύναμη ένας επιχειρηματίας, ώστε να ρίχνει στην κεντρική σιδηροδρομική γραμμή της χώρας τόνους επικίνδυνων καυσίμων, έτσι από μόνος του;
Όχι φυσικά. Εδώ υπάρχουν άμεσες κυβερνητικές ευθύνες. Άμεση αντικειμενική ευθύνη του πρωθυπουργού. Εάν ο πρωθυπουργός δεν τα γνώριζε όλα αυτά, τότε είναι ακατάλληλος για τη θέση που κατέχει.
Και επομένως ήδη θα έπρεπε να έχει παραιτηθεί. Και οπωσδήποτε θα πρέπει αμέσως να παραιτηθεί, μόλις δοθεί στη δημοσιότητα το πόρισμα του ΕΜΠ που θα πιστοποιεί πως η φωτιά που έκαψε τα παιδιά δεν ήταν από υγρά μπαταριών.
Μια προανακριτική για τον υπουργό του λοιπόν δεν είναι καθόλου αρκετή. Δεν είναι μια απόφαση που καλύπτει πολιτικά τον Κυριάκο. Ο ίδιος πρέπει να φύγει.
Και η χώρα να αποκτήσει μια κανονική κυβέρνηση, που δεν θα συγκαλύπτει, δεν θα εμποδίζει, δεν θα λέει συνεχώς ψέματα και θα σέβεται την ανθρώπινη ζωή.
