Gene Hackman found dead and now this talented singer passes just short of his 65th birthday. A very sad day.
I first listened to Lidakis in the song Erotokritos, which was part of an ecological push in Greece in the early 20-teens ( he makes a 2 verse appearance starting at 3:25 ): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHc3fRKcV_Q This was truly a fantastic effort to save green space in Greece ( I’m no tree hugger by the way ) with some other fantastic not so famous singers who, along with Lidakis, deserve more exposure.
Sorry, my thoughts meander because this puts up the lens to our ( actually my own ) mortality.
