The photos in this post explain most of what you need to know: As they exited the meeting with Marco Rubio—which took place just a couple of hours after the fallout between Trump and Zelensky at the White House—the Greek Foreign Minister’s face was frozen!! If you look at all the relevant videos, it was a quick handshake and no smiles…
Then you read the various reports in the Greek press, and you listen to the various “correspondents” and you get the impression that “all is good”, “the meeting took place in a warm atmosphere” and “nothing went wrong”… And you wonder: Did ANY of these “correspondents” read the statement by the State Department? Apparently not…
You can read this statement (readout) below. You do not need to know much, and you do not need to read between the lines. First, Marco Rubio explained to the globalist Gerapetritis that Greece’s and EU’s migration policies are ATROCIOUS and need to be “confronted”. Well, if a press release says that a certain issue needs to be confronted, you can guarantee that the actual words used during the meeting were harsh…
Second, Rubio emphasized “Greece’s leadership in regional energy projects and prospects for future cooperation.” If you know anything about Marco Rubio, you know that he and Senator Menendez introduced in 2019 the “Eastern Mediterranean Security and Energy Partnership Act” between the U.S., Greece, Cyprus, and Israel... Practically this Act was translated in the plan to construct the EastMed pipeline connecting the Israeli gas projects with those of Cyprus and Greece – ending up in Italy.
But the Mitsotakis Government had other plans. They made a “secret” deal with Erdogan and planned to include Turkey in the deal. In the meantime, they took steps to weaken the status of Greek sovereign rights in the Aegean. The latest example: They used centuries-old “Ottoman Law” (!!) to remove Greeks from their properties in a few small Aegean islands near Astypalaia… You may wonder why the hell does Ottoman Law applies in Greece two centuries after the Revolution against the Ottomans? Especially if its application may lead to the weakening of Greek sovereign rights? My friends, everything is possible in this treasonous Greek government…
But with Trump in DC, they will hopefully have to change course… Turkey is not trusted by either Russia or the US… And it is especially not trusted by Israel…

Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis today and reaffirmed the strategic importance of the U.S.-Greece partnership. Greece is a valued NATO Ally and critical to regional stability. They discussed the importance of confronting illegal migration. The United States applauds Greece’s strong commitment to defense spending and the Secretary welcomed Greece’s presence on the UN Security Council for its 2025-2026 term. The Secretary and Foreign Minister Gerapetritis also discussed Greece’s leadership in regional energy projects and prospects for future cooperation.

Gerapetritis “froze” after Rubio’s report on East Med
To be fair, the legendary minister and mastermind of the executive state did everything he could to prevent this particular development . During his trip to Washington , he tried in every way to make Trump dislike him, in order to honor the agreements of our leader Kyriakos with our leader Erdogan, especially regarding the cancellation of East Med.
Before the meeting with the US Secretary of State, he met with all the insulters and enemies of the American president . He took pictures with them, smiling. He wrote normally Archbishop Elpidophoros , who also maintains privileged relations with Trump, only he did not hug Zelensky .
And yet, Rubio appeared like a train.
The entire meeting with Gerapetritis was to announce to him that the Trump administration will restart East Med and anyone who dares to sabotage it again will end up in an orange uniform in Guantanamo. No matter how hard Kyriakos’ mentor tried, he could not change the mind of the cruel and relentless Rubio.
As you understand, the return journey for the minister of our hearts is a calvary .
How will he tell Kyriakos to inform Erdogan that the coordinated efforts of 6 years to make Turkey great again are going to waste?

What great news! There is hope now that Greece by becoming energy independent will develop her Economy and pay down her debt
I’m confused. How will Greece become energy independent and or independent at all. It’s true that we cannot trust Turkey and should not include them in any agreement from which they will profit. That true…but Israel? Really? “Out of the frying pan, into the fire”. No one can trust Israel, in any way. Israel has become a voracious, racist, vicious Zionist state. As an American, I can tell you that Israel is not trusted here, including not trusted by Jews, both Orthodox and otherwise. And the U.S. is therefore just as bad…as Henry Kissinger said: “To be an enemy of the U.S. is dangerous but to be an ally is fatal”. I don’t think that the traitorous Mitsotakis government would have given those islands to Turkey without running first to the U.S. Mitsotakis and the Greek leaders, like almost all Greek leaders have once against acted against Greece and her people. Greece blew it when they went all in with the U.S. All Greece can do is wait it out until NATO and the EU fall and America can no longer dictate its will. Greece will have choices. All it has to do is wait and not screw it up again. You may want to familiarize yourself with the prophecies by Orthodox, not just Greek but Orthodox Saints of other countries. Greece will suffer. It will temporarily be invaded by Turkey and Turkey will finally cross another Russian red line and be destroyed. Greece will be forced to become a neutral country (thankfully) which will save it from the destruction to come. I would respectfully suggest that you familiarize yourself with the prophecies of the Saints and Holy Fathers and Mothers, then judge for yourself.
The problem is Mitsotakis and Gerapetritis are pushing for partnership with Turkey – which the Deep State policy for decades. Because their ultimate goal was to defeat Russia and this could not be achieved without Turkey. Now things are changing fast as we can all see. For now Greece has to play along with the East Med policy as long are the Greek gas and oil deposits are finally developed.
