Iran had very likely removed 400 kgs of enriched uranium before the attacks!! Now it can either make its atomic bomb later or immediately accept a nuclear head from North Korea… It can even have Russia and China offer a nuclear umbrella over its territory… Israel was suffering heavy casualties, had three of its ports and other installations destroyed, and, above all, ISRAEL WAS RUNNING OUT OF MISSILES WHILE ITS IRON DOME FAILED TO DEFEND AGAINST Iran’s hypersonic missiles. Any of these eventualities point to a defeat for Israel and the West. They started this after having lost in Ukraine, and they lost again.

Before we examine further the effects of the fragile ceasefire announced by President Trump yesterday, let’s outline the known facts:

  • President Donald Trump declared a “Complete and Total CEASEFIRE” – containing no other terms except stopping fire – between Israel and Iran, marking the end of a 12-day conflict. This followed Iran’s failed missile attack on the U.S. Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, which was intercepted without casualties. This attack – like the US attack on the 3 Iranian nuclear sites – was pre-announced. The two sides put on a theatrical performance.

  • Ceasefire Violation. Hours after the truce began, Israel claimed Iran violated it by launching missiles. Iran denied the allegation. Though Israel prepared retaliatory strikes, Trump stated those strikes were called off. Trump criticized both nations for continued aggression, bluntly saying they “don’t know what the f**k they’re doing.” He expressed particular frustration with Israel but later confirmed Israel wouldn’t retaliate further.

  • U.S. satellite imagery and reports, IAEA reports, and Iranian government reports all suggest that Iran may have moved 400 kilos of enriched uranium before recent U.S. airstrikes, raising doubts about the effectiveness of the attacks. Serious questions remain about Iran’s retained assets and personnel.

The long-term consequences are just beginning to unfold. Iranian authorities, meanwhile, have barred UN nuclear inspectors indefinitely, citing evidence that inspection teams were used to funnel intelligence to Western agencies. In other words, after all the attacks by Israel and the U.S., not only did we lose track of Iran’s enriched uranium, but no UN inspectors will ever be allowed in Iran again! Congratulations to Bibi and Trump for their failure!!

Domestic Backlash in the United States
At home, Trump’s administration faces a credibility crisis. The military action, launched without congressional approval and amid ongoing backchannel diplomacy, has drawn fierce backlash. New polling data show Trump’s approval rating plunging to 41%, with anti-war sentiment among the U.S. public surging past 80%. Even within the MAGA base, long a pillar of Trump’s support, there is a growing sense of betrayal. Right-wing influencers and former loyalists accuse the administration of abandoning its America First doctrine in favor of a disastrous entanglement in Middle Eastern conflict.

Israel Under Siege: Iron Dome Exhausted
On Israel’s front, the war’s physical toll is unlike anything witnessed since the nation’s founding. For the first time in eight decades, Israeli cities faced sustained, overwhelming missile barrages. While the Iron Dome system initially intercepted a portion of the incoming rockets, it eventually failed due to sheer volume, with reports (esp. by WSJ) indicating that stockpiles of interceptor missiles are critically low. Video evidence circulating on Israeli social media shows extensive destruction in cities across central and northern Israel, with entire neighborhoods flattened. Civilian confidence in the government’s ability to protect its citizens has collapsed. Here is a short video of what Israel suffered:

The Breakdown of Diplomacy
Perhaps the most damning revelation is the reported use of diplomatic backchannels as cover for military action. Iranian negotiators, allegedly anticipating a sixth round of peace talks, were targeted and killed in private residences and safe houses—attacks attributed to Israeli operatives. While U.S. officials deny direct involvement, the breach of diplomatic norms has sent shockwaves through the international community. Trust in the U.S. as a neutral mediator is now severely eroded. It was noteworthy of the collapse of the Trump administration that Secretary of State Marco Rubio yesterday had to beg China to intervene to stop Iran from closing the Hormuz Strait!! Trump himself was in panic if we judge from his posts on social media… It was a complete lack of professionalism.

International Condemnation and Isolation
The global reaction has been swift and severe. U.S. allies in Europe, including Germany and France, have issued strong condemnations of the unilateral attacks, particularly those that targeted dual-use nuclear infrastructure, potentially violating the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. BRICS nations have convened an emergency summit, accusing Washington of reckless adventurism and urging immediate de-escalation measures. Even long-time regional allies such as Jordan and Egypt have expressed discomfort with the scale and method of the U.S. response.

Strategic Implications Moving Forward
The ceasefire may have paused open warfare, but the strategic picture is volatile. Iran, no longer constrained by inspection regimes, is free to pursue its own weapons development. Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Monday that Iran’s allies could supply it with nuclear warheads – meaning likely North Korea. Israel faces a battered public, physical destruction on a scale unseen in its history, and a crisis of deterrence. The U.S., meanwhile, has alienated allies, inflamed adversaries, and reignited questions about the wisdom—and cost—of its Middle Eastern entanglements.

What Now? Covert Regime change…

Let me close by reminding all of you that the best chance for regime change in Iran will be under “covert operations” by Mossad, CIA, and MI6.  Mossad already has many operatives in Iran, and the CIA and MI6 possess all the necessary technical expertise to assist. However, the regime, having learned its lessons, will likely become more hardened.  It is already very unified after all the Iranians were disgusted by the manipulative and deceptive ways that were used upon their leadership.  Also, they will have plenty of help by Russia and China who have managed a long time aa=go to eliminate any “NGOs” from within their border… The West is running out of options. They cannot even claim “democracy” anymore: The laws against free speech in England are much harsher than similar laws in Iran!!

President Trump may have been blackmailed, but ultimately, he has nobody to blame but himself. He should have said a big “NO” to Bibi and the Neocons/Zionists on day one, and not wait almost two weeks to do the right thing… Now it would be tough for him to present himself as the “peace president.” That boat has already left the port!!

  1. Trump is just another Zionist puppet. No different than all the rest – Obama, Bush, Clinton, etc. A sad end for the Empire. Voting is a joke. The joke is on us.

(It’s really gotten bad when a president uses the F word on tv and social media)

  2. Trump is a Lame Duck President – with no accountability to the USA Public Safety.
The Mega/MAGA Ball Mentality is being shattered if not diminished by his contradictory positions as it is losing its appeal in the international Stage. He speaks similar, between a used car salesmen or a snake oil salesman -(winner takes all)-a casino type politician with no statesmanship quality lacking any historical sophistication to apply policy.
    No Class!!

  3. Trump said he’s not happy with Israel so who can blame him for the F bomb? Good for him!
We love Trump for being REAL. As wifey Melania says:
    Let Trump be Trump

  4. For now, Israel has survived another challenge. Nevertheless, it is clear that many on this site have a strong hatred of Israel and want to see Israel destroyed. I do not feel that way.

    • I don’t think anyone wants to see Israel destroyed but I think we all see that Israel wants even the last Palestinian exterminated.

    • No John … Anne Frank diaries and House … Hitler hated the Jews not because of their religion ,but because he thought they were “Marxist loyalist to Stalinist Russia” and all leaders of Communist countries were Jewish undermining the democracy of the people of Germany!
Additionally , he stated that Jews were using capitalism to dominate Germany ..with plans to use it to dominate the world !
Additionally , Anne Frank writes.. Hitler was mistaken … only a small percentage of Jews were “Marxist loyalist ” but it would have catastrophic effect on Jews ..and “Russian prisoners ”

John …now you know who was responsible for the Holocaust in Nazi Germany .. a small percentage of “Marxist Evangelical and Jewish Zionist of Germany, they same ones in the Evangelical Protestant and Jewish Zionist members of the U.S , Israeli and Ukraine governments and Parliaments! And they are Responsible for the Hate of Christians and Jews of the Middle East and the world … and the bombing of Orthodoc Churches in Palestine, Gaza, Syria , Ukraine , Russia , Cyprus .. and on and on ! John what don’t you understand about our Message from Christ..who is here ..right now ! In Judgement I come into this world , so the Blind can see , and those who can see , will go Blind! You admit John you can see , but fail to save Christianity and the world ! As Nick said ..who would allow a demonic empire destroy Gods Creations….

      • Nick says he does not want Israel destroyed. Well, maybe. But now YOU have clearly indicated a strong hatred of Israel and of Jews in general. I think you will be happy if someday the Muslims wipe out Israel.

Oh, and you are an embarrassment to this Greek site.

        • John – Keep in mind that “Zionism IS Racism”… Take it from someone who spent a few years studying ethnicity and got a doctorate on it… If I go down the list of the most potent opponents of Zionism, almost all of them famous professors in Ivy League schools with global recognition you will see that 99% of them are of Jewish descent. They do not want to see Israel follow the same path that Hitler followed… Let me start with Jeffrey Sachs, John Mearsheimer, Michael Hudson, Max Blumenthal and many others… Start watching them on YouTube…

In 1994, in the signing ceremony of the Oslo Accords establishing the “two-state solution” that Israel never accepted in reality, we Greeks shone through Mikis Theodorakis: To celebrate both sides gave hands and then the organizers played the Palestinian National anthem composed by Mikis Theodorakis and the “Mauthausen” – the hymn to Holocaust also by Mikis which is considered a national anthem in Israel… Mikis was present at the ceremony and the cheers lasted 15 minutes… In essence Hellenism was celebrated in his face. We Greeks are the least racist of all nations and we have proven it through history… No other nation has to show what we have… No other nation is welcomed with open arms ANYWHERE ON EARTH – EVEN IN TURKEY… This is who we are…. If yo do not beleve me ask any dimplomat of Greece and Cyprus… The experience of universal acceptance is truly magical.. It is the biggest capital of Greece.

        • The only people I have heard rants like you standing for the “Self proclaimed Jewish state of Israel from are Evangelical Protestant and Jewish Zionist of the U.S. congress and Media, Ahepan Free Masons , Aipac , the Jewish Anti -Defamation league , and convicted War criminal and “Fugitive from Justice ” Benjamin Netanyahue and his regime to commit war crimes , Crimes against humanity , genocide of Orthodox and Catholic Christians and Muslims of Palestine and Gaza, I have never heard of any real Greek Orthodox Christian stand for Israel, or for that matter the UN and Nations of the International community or its populist , and certainly not by the “International Criminal Court of Justice at the Hague or the Justice Minister of Israel…Shaked..who tells us what Greek Zionist really stand for …

Israel Justice Minister Shaked said the truth loud and clear: Zionism contradicts human rights, and thus is indeed an ultranationalist, colonialist and racist movement”
          Harretz News ..Israel
John, calling people Anti -Semetic ..is now a badge of Honor in the world.. if you didn’t notice , but apparently, if Israel hasdgenocided the Greek Orthodox Christians of Cyprus . rather than Turks ..apparently you would stand for Zionist Israel …and condemn “Greek Orthodox Christians”wiping out Israel!

    • I do not want Israel destroyed. I have visited the holy land. I like Israel and Israelis and I also like the Palestinians.
There should be a two state solution.

The problem however with Israel are leaders like Netanyahu. Netanyahu brought into his government the most extreme parties in Israel’s history. Followers of the late Meir Kahane who wanted all Arabs expelled from Israel and the occupied territories.

Another problem are the neoconservatives and Christian Zionists in America who work to block any and all peace initiatives and support wars that devastate Arab countries.

I am sorry for the loss of life and destruction in Iran, Israel, and Gaza.
Israeli leaders need to be reigned in. Trump’s having indulged the current regime could have led to World War three and mass human suffering like that in Iraq, Libya, Syria, Lebanon, and Gaza.

  5. Hotheads on BOTH sides of this issue have been giving contradictory claims of success this week. Well, so be it.

Maybe, just maybe, it is a good thing that these brags are being made. Maybe this can prevent Israel and Iran from going back to the brink.

    • Only one side tells the truth – and it is not the bs you hear on Foxnews… The attacks on Iran backfired – and regime change in Tehran failed…
