By Nick Stamatakis

After “Karloutsos: the CEO of Religion”, we now have another …”Titan of Arrogance”, Andriotis, the eternal “CEO of Education” (honorary principal of the St.Demetrios School)… Completely unrepentant, he made one more appearance in an effort to prove that “he is still in charge”… Everybody in Astoria knows that he is done, but he insists in his 80s to show that he is “alive and active”… Why such a persistence? Psychology can only explain this far…

Andriotis is probably thinking to himself: We are about to install a half-dead Joe Biden, who did 1000 times worse crimes of corruption than me, and who is more senile than I am, as the president of the United States… At least I can put a sentence together when I am not snoring on a chair… So, why shouldn’t I have the right to pretend that I represent the future of the Astoria community?

And so, he invited (translation: paid handsomely) a NY Greek-American news outlet to make a 7′ video with Christmas wishes in the St.Demetrios School.  Teachers and kids speak for about 3 minutes and for another 3 minutes, the “Great Leader”, the “Indispensable” Andriotis…  Nobody else from the Parish Council, not even the Priest, appears on the video, just the “Godfather” Andriotis, who shamelessly makes many references to Christ…

I have one thing to say to Andriotis: If you truly believe in Christ then do the one thing that Christ asks all of us to do, ask for forgiveness.  Who do you ask for forgiveness? You know the names better than anyone.  If your memory fails you, then you can search “Helleniscope”… Calling the name of God in vain is a real sin; asking for forgiveness is truly the best Christian virtue…

You can see the whole video below. Andriotis speech is at 4:14…

Finally, if you watch Karloutsos in the video we posted in yesterday’s article,

it’s obvious what the two arrogant aging leaders, Andriotis and Karloutsos, have in common: They look exhausted, they can barely hold it together, they are a shadow of their previous self… Yet they insist on holding their grip on “power”… Ah… the “elixir of power”…  As the popular Greek saying goes, “Many came to hate money, but no one ever hated (political) glory”… (“Το χρήμα πολλοί εμίσησαν, την δόξαν ουδείς…”)

Below, more photos of the snoring “Godfather”…
