EDITOR’S NOTE (Nick Stamatakis).  We almost missed the great occasion!! Two renowned activists of our time, Judy Collins and Elpidophoros, received the famous James Parks Morton Interfaith Award.  The award list includes, among many worthy personalities, the likes of Al Gore and …Bill Clinton… Yes, my friends, Bill Clinton was “awarded” an Interfaith in 2002, two years after the end of his “successful” presidency… A few years after he had disgraced the office of the presidency in the worst way possible…

The only worth-noting issue out of the awards ceremony was the Archbishop’s speech where he emphasized that “every human being has the right to be understood on their own terms,” imploring his audience to “choose love, for it is the conjoining of our spirits, and the touchstone of all faith worth believing.”

Yes, Faithless Elpidoktonos kept touting that we should celebrate each and every “identity” and call love the weirdness and the unnatural!!. I have never heard anything more convoluted and distorting about the Christian Faith—forget about Orthodoxy. Elpidoktonos crossed this line a long time ago. Now he is floating between advanced Ecumenism and the New World Order.

There is no end to this downhill slope…

His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America Receives the 2024 James Parks Morton Interfaith Award

On Monday, June 10, 2024 His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America was honored with The Interfaith Center of New York’s 2024 James Parks Morton Interfaith Award.

The James Parks Morton Interfaith Award is named in tribute of The Interfaith Center of New York’s founder the Very Rev. James Parks Morton and recognizes individuals or organizations that exemplify an outstanding commitment to promoting human development and peace — values shared by the world’s great religious traditions.

Archon Michael Psaros presented His Eminence with the award, praising him for his work as a recognized theologian, a pioneer in interfaith dialogue, a church-builder and bridge-builder, and an advocate for the marginalized.

In his acceptance speech, His Eminence emphasized that “every human being has the right to be understood on their own terms,” imploring his audience to “choose love, for it is the conjoining of our spirits, and the touchstone of all faith worth believing.”

Past recipients of the James Parks Morton Interfaith Award include Ruby Bridges, civil rights activist who established the Ruby Bridges Foundation and recipient of the NAACP Martin Luther King Award (among others); Carl Sagan, astronomer known for his work on the environment and interfaith activities; Bill Clinton, 42nd President of the United States of America; and His Holiness the Dalai Lama, 1989 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. In addition to His Eminence, this year’s honorees include renowned singer, songwriter, and social activist Judy Collins.

    • He speaks about many things but he is clueless: he started before his election talking about “religion and geopolitics in Ukraine”… theology he doesn’t know well, as his professor at Thessaloniki revealed but he spoke about geopolitics… do you really want me to continue?

  1. Comrade Elpidoktonos shared his award with an interesting honoree. Judy Collins received notoriety many years ago for using her celebrity to support Che Guevara’s cult narratives, Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, the Chicago Five, and every Marxist revolutionary nut in the sixties.

Of interest, Collins has signed a petition published in Ms Magazine by women who admitted to having had an abortion and who demanded that abortion be protected as a woman’s fundamental right.

How does our pious spiritual father fit on that stage? What does this dubious award do for his mission?

  2. I’m dreaming that we could just click our heels together and wish Elpidophoros to be magically transported to some far away cornfield!

  3. Mike Psaros got award too?
Tragic his expensive shrine don’t look like no Greek Parthenon Karloutsos talked about.
    ANAXIOS

  4. Choose love? Where’s the love for the unborn screaming in their mother’s womb as they physically move away from the tools that pry them out?!
Where’s the love for all the terminated nyc workers who lost their jobs and livelihoods bc of him?
Where’s the love for all the Orthodox protesters in Athens who were chased away and some were struck by police when the gay vote came out?

Hypocrisy, avarice, lies from the grand master satanist. No Love, only hate, hate, hate from the Turkish spy! Anaxios!!!
