Tn the second one (1919-1921), Greek PM Venizelos sent three Greek Army divisions to Crimea to fight the Bolshevik Army. Russia’s clear warning to Greece with Putin’s statement in Greek – Speech withdrawn to answer Mitsotakis
In a clear and strict warning to Greece and especially to the government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Russia is advancing through its embassy in Athens, a few days after the publication of information that our country intends to send F16 to Ukraine.
The Russian embassy yesterday posted a statement by Russian President Vladimir Putin, translated and visualized in Greek, in which Putin warns Western countries that “the consequences for potential interlopers will be much more tragic.”
Specifically, the statement states:
“The West unashamedly declares that Russia is allegedly planning to attack Europe. At the same time, the Westerners themselves choose the targets to hit our soil. There is talk of the possibility of sending NATO military forces to Ukraine. We remember those who once sent their troops to our country. But now the consequences for potential interlopers will be far more dire.”
It is worth noting that Putin’s statement was not made now, but is an excerpt from his annual speech to the Russian Duma, which was delivered more than a month earlier, on February 29.
Therefore, the fact that the statement is withdrawn by the Russian embassy in Greece, at a time when no other Russian embassy in Europe has done the same, is “translated” as a clear and direct warning to the Greek government allegedly, despite the relevant denials by the Minister of Defense, that he intends to send 32 F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, according to the international network Newsweek.
After Putin, warnings from Zakharova
It is also noted that on the day of Greece’s national holiday, on March 25, the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, also sent a message about Greece’s position in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
Specifically, Maria Zakharova opened fire against the Greek government. “The current rulers, hiding behind collective decisions of the West, interrupted our bilateral dialogue and any kind of cooperation. As if this were not enough, the Greek Embassy in Moscow, among other diplomatic missions of the EU member states, disregarded the rules of diplomatic communication and ignored the invitation to meet with the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” it said, among other things, in its statement.
At the same time, he noted that “from our side, on March 25 we sent our thoughts and assessments directly to the Greek Embassy here. It is pathetic that instead of sending wishes for the national holiday, as was once appropriate, we are forced, on this day, to remind Athens of the elementary lessons of history.”

Ξεκάθαρη προειδοποίηση Ρωσίας σε Ελλάδα με δήλωση Πούτιν στα ελληνικά – Ανέσυραν ομιλία για να απαντήσουν στον Μητσοτάκη
Σε μια σαφή και αυστηρή προειδοποίηση προς την Ελλάδα και ειδικά προς την κυβέρνηση του Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη προχωρά η Ρωσία δια μέσου της πρεσβείας της στην Αθήνα, λίγες ημέρες μετά τη δημοσιοποίηση πληροφοριών ότι η χώρα μας προτίθεται να στείλει F16 στην Ουκρανία.
Η ρωσική πρεσβεία, ανάρτησε χθες δήλωση του Ρώσου προέδρου Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν, μεταφρασμένη και οπτικοποιημένη στα ελληνικά, με την οποία ο Πούτιν προειδοποιεί τις χώρες της Δύσης ότι «οι συνέπειες για τους πιθανούς επεμβαίνοντες θα είναι πολύ πιο τραγικές».
«Η Δύση χωρίς καμία ντροπή δηλώνει ότι η Ρωσία δήθεν σκοπεύει να επιτεθεί στην Ευρώπη. Ταυτόχρονα οι ίδιοι οι δυτικοί επιλέγουν τους στόχους για να χτυπήσουν το έδαφός μας. Γίνεται λόγος για το ενδεχόμενο αποστολής των στρατιωτικών δυνάμεων του ΝΑΤΟ στην Ουκρανία. Θυμόμαστε εκείνους που κάποτε έστειλαν στρατεύματά τους στη χώρα μας. Αλλά τώρα οι συνέπειες για τους πιθανούς επεμβαίνοντες θα είναι πολύ πιο τραγικές».
Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι η δήλωση Πούτιν δεν έγινε τώρα, αλλά αποτελεί απόσπασμα της ετήσιας ομιλίας του στη ρωσική Δούμα, η οποία εκφωνήθηκε περισσότερο από έναν μήνα νωρίτερα, στις 29 Φεβρουαρίου.
Συνεπώς, το γεγονός ότι η δήλωση ανασύρεται από την πρεσβεία της Ρωσίας στην Ελλάδα, τη στιγμή που καμία άλλη ρωσική πρεσβεία στην Ευρώπη δεν έχει κάνει το ίδιο, «μεταφράζεται» ως μια σαφής και ευθεία προειδοποίηση προς την ελληνική κυβέρνηση που φέρεται, παρά τις σχετικές διαψεύσεις του υπ. Άμυνας, να προτίθεται να να προβεί στην αποστολή 32 μαχητικών αεροσκαφών F-16 στην Ουκρανία, σύμφωνα με το διεθνές δίκτυο Newsweek.
Μετά τον Πούτιν, προειδοποιήσεις και από Ζαχάροβα
Σημειώνεται δε, ότι και ανήμερα της εθνικής γιορτής της Ελλάδας, στις 25 Μαρτίου, η εκπρόσωπος του ρωσικού ΥΠΕΞ, Μαρία Ζαχάροβα είχε στείλει επίσης μήνυμα για τη στάση της Ελλάδας στη διαμάχη της Ρωσίας με την Ουκρανία.
Συγκεκριμένα, η Μαρία Ζαχάροβα εξαπέλυσε πυρά κατά της ελληνικής κυβέρνησης. «Οι τωρινοί κυβερνώντες, κρυβόμενοι πίσω από συλλογικές αποφάσεις της Δύσης διέκοψαν τον διμερή μας διάλογο και κάθε είδους συνεργασία. Σαν να μην έφτανε αυτό, η ελληνική Πρεσβεία στη Μόσχα, μεταξύ άλλων διπλωματικών αποστολών των κρατών-μελών της ΕΕ, περιφρόνησε τους κανόνες της διπλωματικής επικοινωνίας και αγνόησε την πρόσκληση για συνάντηση με την ηγεσία του ρωσικού Υπουργείου Εξωτερικών» ανέφερε μεταξύ άλλων στη δήλωσή της.
Παράλληλα, σημείωνε πως «από την πλευρά μας, στις 25 Μαρτίου διαβιβάσαμε τις σκέψεις και τις εκτιμήσεις μας απευθείας στην εδώ Πρεσβεία της Ελλάδας. Είναι αξιολύπητο ότι αντί να στείλουμε ευχές για την εθνική εορτή, όπως άρμοζε κάποτε, είμαστε αναγκασμένοι, τούτη την ημέρα, να υπενθυμίζουμε στην Αθήνα τα στοιχειώδη μαθήματα ιστορίας».
