The Limits of US Naval Power: USS George Bush Sails Around Africa!

The USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77)—one of the most powerful warships ever built—is currently taking the long way to the Middle East, sailing around Africa rather than through the Suez Canal and the Red Sea. That detour adds 4-5,000 miles and an extra 10-14days of transit. It’s a quiet but telling signal: even at the height of its power, the U.S. Navy is choosing to avoid a narrow stretch of water rather than force its way through it. Not because it can’t fight—but because the cost, risk, and unpredictability of that environment have changed the calculus.

Last spring, that shift became unavoidable. A carrier strike group led by the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) operated in and around the Red Sea while the Houthis launched repeated waves of drones and anti-ship missiles from Yemen. U.S. forces intercepted them successfully, but the volume and persistence of the attacks forced constant adjustments: ships repositioned, operations were conducted under threat, and the Red Sea, which had been a routine transit corridor, became an active combat zone. Allegedly, USS Eisenhower was hit by a few drones and missiles by the Houthis, and this is the true reason President Trump had to order its withdrawal.

As USS George Bush sails around Africa, it demonstrates in the most graphic way the limits of US naval power. Even when it reaches the conflict zone, it will have to stay 500-700 miles away from Iran if it wants to stay safe!!  It also enhances yesterday’s proposal by Hellenicope that we are approaching a “deal” in the conflict in the Middle East. The US and Israel were defeated soundly by Iran and their “proxies”.  The most important fact: Almost all US military bases in the Persian Gulf have been destroyed, and the US has proved unable to protect both Israel and its Arab allies – the Saudis and the Gulf monarchies… This, dear readers, is the beginning of a new World Order.

Above all, this fact will force the Zionists to either lose power, change course, and give up their delusional plans.
