The Metropolitan Seraphim of Piraeus appeared angry against those parliament members who intend to vote for the same-sex marriage bill. In particular, speaking to SKAI on Wednesday morning and referring to the bill for same-sex couples, he said that those who vote for it should not come back to the Church. “A homosexual person puts himself/herself outside the Church by themselves,” he pointed out.
And he continued: “You cannot be a member of the Church and be homosexual.”

Και συνέχισε: «δεν μπορείς να είσαι μέλος της Εκκλησίας και να είσαι ομοφυλόφιλος».
