We are told he is currently overseeing the installation of a mosaic—valued at over $500,000—inside the offices. The work is being carried out by a team of Italian artists from Tuscany, whom he must house and feed in the Hamptons during peak summer, where costs are astronomical. He claims he cannot find Greek artisans to do the work… Some things never change!
Meanwhile, he continues to squeeze funds out of the “Archons”—funds that everyone knows largely end up in his own pockets. This time, however, many Archons are furious and refusing to contribute a dime. Adding fuel to the fire, there are persistent rumors that the FBI’s New York office is exploring ways to investigate his alleged money-laundering operations.

Olympia de Grece, daughter of Pavlos and Marie-Chantal, baptized the son of Robert Maximilian and Anna Getty at the Greek Orthodox Church in the Hamptons, stealing the show with her appearance.
Last weekend, the Hamptons were filled with glamour and society buzz. At the Greek Orthodox Church of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary, the baptism of little Robert Theodor Getty took place, son of Robert Maximilian Getty and his wife, Anna Getty. His godmother? Olympia de Grece, the eldest daughter of Pavlos and Marie-Chantal Miller, who once again proved she knows how to combine royal chic with modern elegance.
Pavlos himself shared photos from the ceremony on Instagram, thanking Father Alexios and the Presbytera for what he called a “beautiful family ceremony.” Alongside Olympia, Conrad also became a godfather.
Olympia de Grece appeared in an ivory dress by designer Gabriela Hearst, valued at €12,600. The dress, crafted from Merino wool, was adorned with intricate broderie anglaise, a hallmark of the brand. The designer drew inspiration from the works of archaeologist Marija Gimbutas, incorporating symbols of fertility and rebirth. What an elegant and beautiful woman! We Hellenes are blessed to have the most gracious, virtuous and photogenic royal family.
Really, everyone in the Greek royal family are beautiful people. Compare King Charles to any of Komstantine’s sons. The women are all so elegant and really look like princesses. Compare them to Margaret of England, or Fergie.
And the third generation are all so handsome and beutiful. And they know decent Greek. Bettter than many of us, “real Greeks” teach our kids. And they genuinely love Greece. Even though Greece treated them unfairly. And they have more faith and respect Orthodoxy than us, even though they are no longer eligible to become Greece’s king or prince.
You must be kidding. The supposedly “Greek” royal family is a branch of the royal family of Denmark! If they ever accept to have a DNA test, you won’t find even 1% Greek DNA…
From what I remember, during the 162 years of their “Greek” existence (1863-2025), only King Alexander married a Greek woman, named Aspasia Manou. And recently prince Nicholas married Chrysi (golden) Vardinogiannis.
I have 2 simple questions for the royalists:
1. If the “Greek” royals feel Greek, why they don’t marry Greek women or men?
2. If the “Greek” royals feel Greek, why they are still keeping their Danish royal titles?
They are mostly – like all European royals – part of the same German family…
PG, “Hellas” was a civilizational realm. Although there was a helladic tribes who entered into what is now Greece –Aetolian, Ionian, Dorian, etc–once Greece recovered from the Greek Dark Ages (ca 800 BC), it experienced its Golden Age and expanded its culture beyond its borders. As such, it took in other cultures and interbred with them. (Zeno, the founder of Stoicism, was a Syrian who migrated to Athens.)
As my beloved father told me years ago: “He is Greek who lives among us.” As for the Greek royal family, it has at least three lines of descent from the Comneni dynasty.
DNA does not make someone a Greek, Isocrates said that “Hellene is anyone who adheres to hellenic civilization”. And that was over two thousand years ago. Stop living in the 1930’s, Hitler-style “blood lines”. Who can doubt that Antetokoumbo loves and honors Greece, even though he is ultra wealthyy and doesn’t need to, much more than us, the DNA Greeks

Give me a break! Perhaps I am too much the proletariat but seeing “royals” strut about draped in silks and jewels nauseates. Posing waving smiling on cue — propped up by inherited privilege. Their hardest job? deciding between beige or cream for the season’s coat dress – and when to get their next botox injection.
While the average Greek – the genuine royal – struggles to get by they do nothing but enrich themselves. Guardians of tradition? Not at all! Nothing but foreign relics of vanity. As for this family in particular the French surname tells you where their priorities are: To ensure his vapid wife and daughter can still wear tiaras while Greeks wonder why this family have the audacity to claim themselves as their representatives.
The “French surname” which Eleni speaks of is a farce. Unfortunately, Greece’s socialist government has no shame in mocking and dismissing the royal family, which, whether they like it or not, is part of Greece’s history. (In fact, right now, Greece NEEDS a royal family… or, better yet, a good JUNTA to put them in place and straighten things out… but I digress.) The royal family of Greece does NOT have a surname. Constantine’s name is (was) “Constantine, King of the Hellenes”. No “de Grece”, no “Vasilopoulos”, no nothing. But the last name of “de Grece” (although the family did have a choice in choosing a surname) was FORCED upon them if they wanted to have Greek passports. All five of King Constantine’s children speak Greek (probably better than most of you commenting in this forum) and they learned the Greek customs and history (again, probably more than most people commenting in this forum!). Those of you who make ridiculous comments referencing Denmark (and in the past I have heard of the even MORE ridiculous comment of, “Their last name is ‘Gluksburg'”) obviously don’t know the history of the Greek royal family. Just do a Google search and look it up. As for “Gluksburg”, that is NOT a last name, but the name of a royal house from which the Greek royal family originates. Don’t forget that Greece’s first king after they were liberated from the turks was Otto, who was from Denmark. The lack of respect for the royal family of Greece by some people totally disgusts me, and those people should be ashamed of themselves and should read their history.
