I miss Christopher Hitchens not being on earth … surprisingly! Despite my not agreeing with his anti-God rhetoric, I still loved his acerbic wit + verbal flamboyant spirit — Hitch was just a hoot! For example, after death of Princess Diana he trashed the worldwide media hype + fuss over her + his critique on Mother Teresa? Yikes. I read years ago his devout Christian friend, writer Larry Taunton’s book 📕called: The Faith of Christopher Hitchens — it’s fascinating to discover that Larry actually opened Hitch up to studying the Gospel of John together – months before his death. Who would’ve thunk it?! An atheist bonding with an evangelical? But no, there was no deathbed conversion but I’m certain his eyes began to glimpse… + now that he’s on the other side he knows.🕊️
