By Nick Stamatakis

We were surprised to learn a few weeks ago that Alexis Tsipras was invited to spend this Spring Semester at Harvard as a “policy fellow” at the Hellenic Studies Center and the Center for European Affairs!… “Tsipras was awarded the Nikos Nikiforidis Peace Prize for his role in negotiating the Prespa Agreement,” we learn from the report below… Yes, my friends, the politician who barely speaks a few words of English, the traitor who sold out the “Name of Macedonia,” the woke leftist who two years ago spent a few months in the U.S. in close cooperation and discussions (and God knows what else) with the Deep State in order to “introduce” Stephanos Kasselakis and his gay partner, Tyler, to Greece and, eventually, help the other “woke” traitor, Mitsotakis, pass the same-sex bill, this lame excuse of a politician, will be honored by Harvard!!

We all know what Harvard has become in the last two decades. But it would be helpful to remind ourselves how exactly Tsipras was led to sign the destructive “memoranda” that ended the Greek financial crisis but ENSLAVED GREECE TO FOREIGN FINANCIAL INTERESTS FOR AT LEAST 5-6 DECADES!! Alexis Tsipras, who grew up as an activist for the Communist Youth Of Greece (KNE), where he and his wife “organized” young Greeks to support all kinds of miserable leftist policies, ended the Greek Financial crisis of 2015-16 by selling out the future of Greece to foreign interests with the help of the Rothchilds!! On January 30th, 2017, he and his family on board the executive jet of the Prime Minister of Greece, landed in Paris, invited by Alexander de Rothschild, who had just taken over the leadership of the “Family”, at the young age of 37, being the of its 6th generation….

Here is how Nefeli Lygerou (editor of one of the most trustworthy websites in Greek affairs – slpress.gr) describes it in a 2018 article:

“….The leading investment bank, Rothschild, has maintained close financial ties with Greece since its founding. In the last three years, however, these ties have been strengthened more than ever. After all, missteps, wars, economic crises, and turbulent periods throughout the centuries have always been opportunities for the Rothschilds to reap super profits.

At the helm of the dynasty is now the enigmatic 37-year-old Alexander Rothschild. He succeeded his father David, under strict secrecy, just a few weeks ago. It is said that the Greek prime minister met with him a year earlier, at the company’s headquarters in Paris, during a private meeting that many believe sealed the consolidation of the company in Greece.

The Rothschild company is acting as financial advisor in the process for the sale of HYGEIA”, the owner MIG said in a statement a few days ago. Few were surprised. In recent years, the financial giant Rothschild has cultivated ties with the Tsipras government, penetrating the domestic economy and turning the memorandum Greece into a field of lucrative business moves. During this government, it managed to displace Lazard’s great competitor, expanding its financial influence.

Last year’s trip by the Greek Prime Minister to Paris, in fact, was what brought Rothschild’s involvement in Greece’s exit from the markets to the light of day. One year after Alexis Tsipras’ visit to the bank’s headquarters, the Deputy Minister of Finance, George Chouliarakis, legalized the “financial marriage”, assigning the bank to provide specialized financial services, which will be completed on December 31, 2018.

The Greek State will pay over 3.5 million euros for these services!

In fact, every time a government bond with a minimum maturity of 24 months is issued, Rothschild will receive another 1.5 million euros! The company will also receive 99,000 euros from the publication of the decision until 31/5/2018. Moreover, the bank itself lists Greece among its important clients, even characterizing the “intensive and unconventional process involving the country and key institutions, including the European Central Bank, the European Commission, and the IMF” as a significant project.

The cycles of history

The Rothschilds can start or prevent wars. Their words can create or destroy empires and emperors”, wrote the New York Times a century earlier. Indeed, the members of the dynasty, with the undeniable influence on the economic-political history of Europe over the last three centuries, have been involved in some of the greatest conflicts. They even contributed decisively to the defeat of Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo, financing the legendary counterattack of Wellington’s English and thus changing the course of Europe.

Perhaps these thoughts ran through Alexis Tsipras’ mind as he entered the company’s Paris sanctuaries, as if he knew them. Possibly, his attention was focused on the portrait of the Rothschild patriarch, Mayer Anselm Bauer, who took the surname Rothschild (German for “red shield”) from the logo of his father’s company. He and his descendants adorn the walls of the corridors.

Six generations of Rothschild! He would meet the seventh in person. He may not have taken over the reins of the bank at that time, but Alexander Rothschild, despite his young age, was already being groomed as a successor. In fact, he had been training for this role for a decade. Therefore, he could not miss the appointment – even if it was a Sunday – with the Greek prime minister, who is about the same age as him…”

Alexis Tsipras, a two-time prime minister of Greece, was appointed as policy fellow at the Center for Hellenic Studies and Harvard’s Center for European Studies on Tuesday.

Tsipras — a civil engineer and proponent of anti-austerity measures — will spend the spring semester in Cambridge and at Harvard’s CHS campus in Washington D.C. According to the CES website, fellows use their public service experience to support academic research, deliver lectures, and work with students and faculty throughout the semester.

Past fellows include Metin Hakverdi — a member of the Committee for the Affairs of the European Union — and Sven Rahner, an official at the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

Tsipras, who was born to a middle-class family in Athens in 1974, began his political activism at an early age. When he was 17, as part of the Communist Youth of Greece, Tsipras led an occupation of his high school against the proposal to privatize education.

He graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s in civil engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Just eight years later, Tsipras was chosen as the leader of the center-left SYRIZA party before his 2009 election to the Hellenic Parliament.

In January 2015, Tsipras was elected the Prime Minister of Greece, becoming the youngest person to assume the title. While his first term was cut short by an August 2015 rebellion by members of parliament, Tsipras returned to office in September of the same year for his second term.

Tsipras advocated for the use of anti-austerity measures to guide Greece out of a financial crisis during his time as Prime Minister. In 2018, Tsipras signed the Prespa Agreement to internationally recognize Macedonia as the Republic of Macedonia, ending a longstanding dispute.

Tsipras was awarded the Nikos Nikiforidis Peace Prize for his role in negotiating the Prespa Agreement. He went on to found the Alexis Tsipras Institute, which advocates for progressive policies in the region.

Daniel Ziblatt, CES Director and government professor, said in a press release that Tspira’s experience handling “financial and refugee crises” will inform his work as a fellow.

“Mr. Tsipras’ presence on campus will allow us to learn from his experiences in high-level political negotiations contending with those challenges as well as from his efforts to offer an alternative to austerity and to facilitate the historic Prespa Agreement,” Ziblatt said in the release.

  1. With Trumps immigration policies, Tsipras shouldn’t be allowed to step door in America! Undocumented/non-citizen Greeks living in America (like Elpidophoros) should be deported immediately.

    • Who will protect us from trolls like you? How many undocumented Greeks are living in the US? I think their number is only two digits…

    • I’m pretty sure Elpidophoros has a visa. Probably a working visa. So he is not undocumented and he did not come here illegally, breaking the law. What are you even talking about? There are plenty of non-citizens that have Green cards and no one is deporting them, they don’t break the law and pay taxes. Don’t believe the fake news. Trump is following the law, as any president should.
