Mike Pompeo the architect of destruction in Orthodoxy, Ukraine, and the Middle East has been openly pushing for regime change in Iran. This guy is no longer Secretary of State but appears to continue to have influence. He has pushed for the demonstrations to continue so the Iranian government will use brute force against them.
Then the plan would be to bomb Iran which would to more dead Iranians. The foreign policy establishment in America is dangerous and learns nothing from history. Not from its involvement in Iran or anywhere else.
And we should remember the US conducted regime change in Greece when it tried to assassinate Kostas Karamanlis. Things are worse since the overthrow of Mossadegh.
In those days, American leaders avoided at all costs direct confrontations with the Soviet Union. Today’s leaders have bent over backwards to provoke the Russians and have placed the world in danger.
