In his latest conversation with Nima Alkhorshid, analyst Alex Kramer warned that the “powers that be”—the entrenched financial oligarchies of London and New York—are shifting the center of conflict away from Ukraine and toward the Balkans. With Ukraine running out of manpower, Kramer argued, elites are accelerating preparations for “a different war,” one that pits neighbors against each other and risks pulling the entire region into chaos.

The flashpoints, he said, are becoming clear: Bosnia and Serbia on one front, and—more dangerously—Greece and Turkey on another. “Greece is being armed to the teeth for a future confrontation with Turkey,” Kramer noted, pointing to its soaring defense spending at nearly 4% of GDP, heavily supported by NATO, the UK, and Israel. At the same time, Turkey is deepening military pacts with Albania, North Macedonia, and others—creating opposing camps ready for conflict.

In this scenario, Cyprus looms as a possible trigger point, with Israeli and Turkish interests on a collision course. Kramer warned that this calculated buildup could mark the next “second front” of the West’s war against Russia, a front opened in the Balkans precisely because of the region’s combustible history.

BELOW IS THE VERY INTERESTING INTERVIEW, FOLLOWED BY A SUMMARY – THE FIRST 15 MINUTES ANALYZE IN DEPTH THE POSSIBILITY OF WAR INTHE BALKANS

1. Opening Concern – Financial Oligarchs and War

Kramer identifies the main danger for Europe as the dominance of financial oligarchies in London and New York, arguing they are deliberately preparing Europe for war with Russia.

  • Quote: “The biggest threat is the dominance of the money-lending oligarchies… they are going to force Europe into an all-out war against Russia.”

He explains that war requires a disillusioned population. By engineering economic misery and high youth unemployment, millions of young men become “dry tinder… cannon fodder for war.”

2. Ukraine War and Shift to the Balkans

Kramer warns that as Ukraine runs out of manpower, elites are accelerating preparations for a new conflict, particularly in the Balkans.

  • Quote: “Come 2028, 29, 2030… we will have run out of the last Ukrainian… so they are now accelerating preparations for a different war. And that different war might be focused on the Balkans.”

Two main lines of confrontation are described:

  1. Bosnia vs. Serbia.

  2. Greece vs. Turkey, with Israel potentially opposing Turkey due to Syria and Cyprus tensions.

Kramer notes Greece is already spending 3.8% of GDP on defense, higher than NATO’s 2% benchmark, with UK, NATO, and Israeli support.

3. Balkan Alignments and Strange Provocations

Kramer outlines shifting alliances:

  • Turkey with Albania and North Macedonia.

  • Croatia allied with Albania and Bulgaria.

  • Britain signing new military agreements with Bosnia and others.

He highlights provocations seemingly designed to spark ethnic tension:

  • Muslim groups praying in Croatian villages.

  • Anti-government protests in Belgrade allegedly funded from Croatia.

  • Reciprocal provocations financed from Serbia.

  • Quote: “All you see is Croats provoking Serbs, Serbs provoking Croats… the pot is being stirred for a future conflict.”

He likens this to Georgia’s attempt to regulate foreign-funded NGOs, which caused Western backlash.

4. From Cold War to Today’s Multipolar Conflict

Kramer contrasts the Cold War with the present:

  • Then, the Soviet Union was “controlled opposition”, colluding at the top with the West to keep societies cohesive.

  • Today’s Russia is “real opposition”, aligned with China to build a new global paradigm outside Western financial dominance.

  • Quote: “Today’s Russia is not controlled opposition. It’s real opposition… they are pulling global development away from the western paradigm.”

This explains the West’s urgency to force Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, and Austria into NATO.

5. British Role – “Perfidious Albion”

Kramer repeatedly stresses Britain’s role as instigator, citing secret treaties of the 1800s and modern military cooperation pacts:

  • Quote: “They would sign a secret treaty with one country… then sign with their adversaries and encourage them both to go to war. This is how Britain earned the nickname ‘Perfidious Albion’.”

Today, Britain uses NGOs, intelligence services, and private contractors to destabilize countries—from Syria to Myanmar, Yemen to Bosnia. The aim is chaos, weakening others while Britain reemerges as peacemaker and financier.

6. Turkey, Cyprus, and Greater Turania

Erdogan was courted with promises of leading a “Greater Turania” uniting Turkic peoples from Turkey to Central Asia. Kramer argues this was another British trick:

  • Quote: “The British make promises they have no intention of honoring… all you risk to do is destroy your country.”

Now, Turkey faces:

  • Collision with Israel over Cyprus.

  • Calls to expand troops in Cyprus from 40,000 to 100,000.

  • Voices in Turkey demanding: “We should take the whole of Cyprus.”

7. The Chaos Strategy

Both Kramer and Nima agree the Western establishment’s final card is chaos.

  • Quote (Nima): “The final goal is chaos… the only thing that would distract China, Russia, Iran, and India is chaos.”

  • Quote (Kramer): “Exactly… all they can do is continue these arson attacks against peace and hope to emerge as victors.”

8. Trump, Soros, and Internal Shifts

Kramer highlights moves in Washington under Trump:

  • Cutting Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand out of intelligence on US–Russia talks.

  • Revoking clearances for 37 intelligence professionals.

  • Open attacks on George and Alex Soros.

  • Quote: “Trump went on record that George Soros and his son should be arrested and prosecuted… this is pretty much a declaration of war on the global financier elites.”

9. Possible Counter-Coalitions

Asked if former Austro-Hungarian states plus Serbia could resist NATO’s “forever war” strategy, Kramer says yes, but warns of sabotage and even assassination.

  • Quote: “Any leader who advocates these kinds of strategies… makes themselves a target for assassination.”

10. Closing

Kramer concludes with cautious optimism:

  • Quote: “We’re on a good track. We just have to rejoice, stand together, and keep on keeping on.”
